"This whole experience was a positive one. The staff was professional - from the initial appointment (to check if I qualify for Z LASEK surgery - about 3 hours) right through to the prepping for, and the procedure itself. The procedure in the operating room took less than 5 mins for both eyes. I am quite queasy, but Dr. Juan Guillermo talked to me throughout the procedure. He was very kind and attentive, yet professional. It was not painful at all. After about 4 hours after the operation, the discomfort started to subside and my eyes started to heal.

Today was my 3 month checkup and I was told by the doctor that my corrected vision is even better than they anticipated. Thus it is better than 20/20 and I can read even smaller letters than expected. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is dependent on their glasses (I had myopia as well as astigmatism), it is truly life changing! Thank you Dr Juan Guillermo and team!"
