I was shocked when I received this quote, and decided to look into medical tourism to save some money, and visit a new place where I have never been. I found Dr Amol on WhatClinic saw the great reviews and set up an appointment.
 
I have to admit it is a little intimidating coming to a country half-way across the world from where I live, all alone, to have dental procedures done. I told myself that I would meet the Dr and I could always back out if things seemed unsafe or scary. Dr Amol was so friendly and professional, and immediately calmed my fears. The next good sign for me was when Dr Amol told me that some of the procedures that the US doctor had quoted me for were unnecessary. I felt like this showed that he was honest and not trying to take as much money from me as possible. Then him and his wife (also a Dr at the clinic) took me out to coffee that evening, and then she took me to lunch the next day and showed me how to do bargain shopping on the streets! They are such wonderful people, and I felt even more sure that I was in good hands after getting to know the both of them.

I'm very happy with how the procedures turned out, and am back home in California now. I just booked another flight back to Mumbai for March. Dr Amol is going to do the 2nd half of my dental work then. After flight, hotels and dental fees are calculated together, I will be saving around 3/4 of the money I would have spent going to the dentist in the US, plus I got to see another country!! It was definitely a win-win for me. I recommended that my dad, who also needs a lot of dental work, to contact Dr Amol, and would recommend him as a dentist for anyone."
