"I visited the KCM clinic to have a gastric sleeve. I read reviews and watched their YouTube videos and kept going back and forth. I weighed 17 stone and was miserable with my life; I felt disgusting, ugly and desperate for help. I read through every forum, blog and review I could about a gastric sleeve and the one thing I completely agree with is; this is a tool. If you are not ready to give up crisps and chocolate then you will fail. Anyway, so I made my decision I was going to go to Poland to have a gastric sleeve, I was frightened but yet excited. I had a massive chat with Kim (who is amazing) and a patient coordinator. She reassured me because I had a lot of doubts about going aboard. The day comes. I was flying to Poland. I arrived in Poland and as soon as I did we were greeted by a KCM driver at the airport. KCM Clinic is around a 2-hour drive but you do it in style with a lovely driver. On getting to the clinic, I was looked after by every single member of staff. The cleanliness is superb and the nurses go above and beyond. I had all my pre-tests done and it was surgery day, I was so scared but I had nothing to worry about. I am just over three months post-op and I have never felt so amazing! I have lost just over four stone and starting to love myself again. If you are thinking about going to KCM and you have done the correct research and really thought about your decision. Then do not wait about as I did! I wish I done this years ago. My life is better than it’s ever been, don’t get me wrong, you experience pain and the first few weeks are hard. Your new stomach is very small but that is the hardest part!  I love you KCM. Thank you for giving me a new life and a very big thank you to Kim who has supported me throughout and till this day with tips and advice."
