Laser lipo specialist to hold consultations in London

One of Europe’s top cosmetic surgeons will be travelling to London next month to hold patient consultations in the UK for the very first time.

Professor Zoran Zgaljardic, who specialises in laser liposuction, facelifts, rhinoplasty and breast augmentation, will be available to see patients from Friday to Sunday, 9 to 11 July.

Prof Zgaljardic has over 20 years’ experience as a surgeon during which time he has gained an international reputation for his work. Born in Croatia, he trained in cosmetic surgery in New York and Argentina. He began his career at the university hospital in Rijeka, Croatia where, due to the war, he gained extensive experience in facial reconstructions.

He started his private practice over 15 years ago and now focuses almost exclusively on this although continues to lecture at Split University. A member of the International Board of Cosmetic Surgery, he was nominated as one of the 100 best cosmetic surgeons in the world at an event several years ago.

In recent years he has pioneered the use of laser lipo, a new and safer form of liposuction. As a result his clinic in the resort of Opatija on Croatia’s Adriatic coast has become a favourite with celebrities from Croatia and Italy.

Prof Zgaljardic runs workshops worldwide to train other surgeons in the use of laser lipo and often combines it with surgery to achieve better results and faster recovery – for example to give patients with fat faces a slimmer and sleeker look. The clinic offers a full range of cosmetic treatments and its location in Croatia means prices are significantly lower than in the UK.
