Dental Laboratory
Digital Dental Art have their own laboratory created to provide high quality products and work. Used by experienced professionals, their certified lab can be used for all types of dental work.
Working with advanced technologies, Digital Dental Art uses an EXOCAD-based software that allows implant library and impressions using an intraoral scanner. The EXOCAD-based software makes allows for more dental services to be provided such as: MALO bridge, PMMA crowns/bridges, plastic frame try-ons, unique implant abutment made of zircon, CoCr or titanium, zirconia and metal crown/bridges and much more.
LAB CREATIONS
1. Pressed Ceramics
- Pressed ceramic allows work to be carried out to the highest aesthetic standard.
- Includes: Veneers, crowns, bridges to 3 unites, inlay/onlay and tabletop crowns.
2. Metal Ceramics
- Can be created via traditional methods of casting or with CAD/CAM laser and CAD/CAM milling technology.
- Provides crowns, bridges, implant crowns, implant bridges, combined works, dental bars, Maryland bridges and metal plates.
3. Zirconium Ceramics
- Perfect choice for full mouth bridges, while being 100% wobble-free and stress-free.
- Digital Dental Art provide their own stock, so all colours are constantly available.
4. BioHPP
- Best material for large implant-support fixed prostheses.
- The same elasticity as bone but not as rigid and hard as metal or zirconium ceramics.
- Easy to repair and clean, as well as 8 types of gum colour.
