My partner and I visited Indexmedica in Krakow for a cleaning, scaling, and beyond tooth whitening procedure. The clinic is clean, close to the city centre, and the staff are friendly. The dentist conducted a thorough initial examination to determine our suitability for the treatment, communicating in English and German. The dental hygienist meticulously performed the cleaning and whitening, checking on me regularly. While pleased with the results, more information on aftercare would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, my partner experienced significant post-treatment pain, a common side effect for those with tooth sensitivity lasting 24 to 48 hours. It would have been helpful if potential issues had been highlighted prior and advice given. Despite this, I unequivocally recommend the clinic. A cautionary note – pay in euros and cash to avoid overcharges that I discovered later due to higher exchange rates used by the clinic.
