This test can be carried out by your own or any registered doctor. A private doctor can charge up to £150 for a HGV LGV medical. Some companies will pay for their employees medical examination. At truck training leeds, the cost of a medical and licence application is included in our training fees. We can supply you with a D4 medical form and a HGV LGV medical examination when you book an HGV LGV Training Course. This saves you time and money and gets you on the road and learning to drive at a much quicker pace. The D4 is valid for up to 4 months before applying for your licence.
