"Breathing Space Thailand lives up to its name. Tucked under the mountains of Northern Thailand, Breathing Space was an oasis of recovery, relaxation, one-on-one attention, and daily exercise. It proved to be a beautiful place for regaining focus and getting in-touch with myself after years of substance abuse. The program, staff and facilities are first rate, allowing privacy as well as personalised attention. I benefited from my sessions with the psychologist, yoga instructor and personal trainer, and wish to continue with these practices when I return home.
