Dental implants and full mouth restoration in India
Treatment: Dental implant - Nobel Biocare Provider:
Dental Creations Date: Mar 2018
A regular visitor to India, Martin from the UK had no hesitation in travelling to Mumbai for dental treatment with Dr Amol Pradhan at Dental Creations. Not only was he delighted with the quality of the treatment and warm welcome that he received, but the cost for the extensive work was considerably less than he would have paid in the UK or even Eastern Europe.
"I travelled from the UK in Feb/March 2016 to start my treatment at Dr Pradhan's clinic, Dental Creations in Mumbai. I needed a lot of work done. 12 implants and a complete, well almost, reconstruction of my teeth. My mouth was a mess. My work was completed in three visits over a year in 2016. Because of the extent of the work required the cost in the UK was prohibitive. Having all this work was at least five times less expensive in comparison to the UK and at least half the cost of treatment in Eastern Europe.
As I had been travelling to India many times over the last 20 years it was a natural choice for me to go there and have the treatment done. I had dental work done in India before (Mumbai) and therefore had no concerns regarding hygiene etc. It was as good as it is in the UK to be honest.
I had read Whatclinic for reviews of dentists in Mumbai and contacted several off them, sending off X-rays I had already. I was impressed with Dr Pradhan's response and apparent honesty....I was not disappointed. The work I required was complex, which did not phase Dr Pradhan. He completed the work he said he was going to do in the time he said and with no hidden cost.
The surgery is a small, obviously family run business in a South Indian suburb of Mumbai. The area feels like a village and not a huge metropolis, which appealed to me. The support staff at the clinic were quiet, polite and unobtrusive. The made me feel relaxed and confident.
Dr Pradhan apart from being a top dentist is also a great host and always offered sound advice about my stays and looked out for your well being. He even took me out for breakfast with his wife and kids....nice family, nice dosa!!
I would not hesitate to return if more work is required and would not hesitate to recommend his services to anybody. In fact I am now actively looking for a reason to return to India, which I am sure I will soon."
