This was my sixth visit to Danubius Aqua Hévíz for a treatment program that takes place over 21 days -- three full weeks with 45 treatments that are prescribed by the in-house physician. The treatment program is effective. Half way through the program, I experienced an 80 percent reduction in lower back pain that had been bothering me for past six months.This pain was almost entirely gone by the time the treatment program was finished. My therapies included medical massage, mud pack, physiotherapy (medical gymnastics), underwater massage, and hanging traction. Some of these therapies feel very subtle at the time that I get them, however, afterwards, when I rest, I feel very powerful energetic shifts are taking place in my body. This is especially true for the hanging traction and physiotherapy (medical gymnastics) -- subtle yet powerful. Medical massage, underwater massage, mud pack, and soaking in thermal medical water -- these treatments feel powerful in an obvious way, and, of course, feel absolutely amazing. All of the therapists I encountered are highly skilled, polite, kind, and respectful -- wonderful people. While I was thrilled with the disappearance of my back pain, I also experienced a positive result that I hadn't anticipated: Within one week of spending time, multiple times daily, soaking in the mineral water (thermal pools), discolouration from a scar on my face completely disappeared!!! The scar was on my chin as a result of minor surgery a year ago to remove a fatty cyst. The dark red discolouration was not going away and I was very self-conscious about it. My physician at home told me that I would need a series of laser treatments to get rid of the discolouration. Guess what? The WATER did the job in just one week. That water is POWERFUL! I am thrilled with this result. Now, there is no need for costly laser treatments. Nagyon köszönöm szépen!
