My name is Dmitry. I’m 34 years old and I come from Russia. I am an account manager. When I was a kid I had an accident. I was elbowed in the face during a football match and I broke my nose. After that, I had visible humps on the bridge of my nose and it was crooked. However, I wasn’t a problem for me. I thought then: “no one’s nose is perfect, everyone has small imperfections”. After some time, when I started working, my view has changed. I had a lot of appointments with clients, I had to negotiate business contracts. Then, I realized that my appearance could affect my career. I discovered that a nose could be the first thing people notice in my appearance, because it sits right in the center of my face. That is why, I decided to have my nose done. I wasn’t focused on Russia, because the cost of the surgery here exceeded my financial possibilities. After web research, my choice fell on a private medical center abroad. Finally, I considered rhinoplasty in Poland, in LUX MED hospital. I received detailed information on the surgery and the course of post-operative recovery. What amazed me was an innovative equipment in the hospital. Before the rhinoplasty, I was shown the device which presents the anticipated results of the operation before it takes place. Before I made final decision, I could see my face on the computer. On the screen, there was a three-dimensional image of my nose. It was really great that I could see how it would look like after the surgery. In general, my operation lasted three hours and the recovery process was 14 days long. I was impressed by the outstanding professionalism of both the doctors and the patient service personnel. What was really good, the final effect of the surgery was far beyond my expectations. The risk was worth the gamble. |
