My overall experience was great for hair transplant at Turkeyana Clinic. All the staff are nice and they care about you and stand by your side in all the steps you are going through. I share my experience briefly step by step to also give others the feeling about what to expect. I will update my review after a few months to indicate whether I am happy with the results. My journey started by having contact with Mr. Umer via WhatsApp. He was really patient and answered my questions one by one. He followed up and had continuous support. His clear communication made me satisfied. The transportation was perfect and made the procedure much easier since I didn't have to worry about going back and forth between the clinic and my hotel. All the drivers were ready on time and they were polite. I had the hair transplant done over 2 days. The first day started with a consultation with Mr. Ugur. He was a nice guy and he gave me a clear idea of what I can expect from the procedure. On the first day, they did stem cell and hair transplants for half of my skull. The nice part was that there was always a translator present by my side, and they are fluent in English, so no worries about any language barrier. My translator for the first day was Mr. Seyf. He was super supportive and informative till the very last minute of the day. He made my day much more easier and fun. On the second day, they continued hair transplanting on the remaining area. The translator for my second day was Mrs. Regina. She was also quite supportive and was present every time I needed her. I would like to express my appreciation to the medical team (Dr. Ahmet, Mr. Fehmi, Mr. Taylan, Mr. Eyup, Mrs. Eda, and Mr. Nurhan). I hope I have not missed any names. They were all really kind and gave me enough comfort, which helped me to go through the surgery with minimal stress. After two days, I went back for the first washing session. The translator was Mrs. Hafidha. She was a nice person and helped me to go through the necessary steps, but the only negative point with her was that she was quite in rush on that day and she tended to do everything as quickly as she could. This made me think that she may skip some parts, which made me a bit uncomfortable. Another nice thing about Turkeyana clinic is that they have 1-year customer support and they answer possible questions and concerns. My consultant is Mrs. Zeynep. I am happy with her so far since she answered all questions accurately and in time. My general view of the Turkeyana Clinic is excellent and I definitely recommend it for hair transplant. My only advice is to be prepared for some extra expenses, because they may suggest some extra procedures/products, which is your own choice to accept or refuse. I took their advice and did all the suggested procedures since I trusted them.
