Mrs Cunningham before treatment Laura Cunningham from Swindon had always been embarrassed about her smile and her teeth which were discoloured and eaten-up, making her feel self conscious in photographs. When she saw a review in the paper about people combining treatment abroad with a holiday she contacted the Nicosia Dental Polyclinic via the internet.

After looking at pictures of some of their patients she enquired about what they could do for her. She received a detailed and friendly letter from Dr Marios outlining that her best option was to have six veneers, which would cost £1,500. In the UK she had been quoted over £3,000 so she booked flights for her partner and herself, costing £320 and accommodation for £160.
