Medlife Group Date: Nov 2018
Prohibitively expensive dental treatment at home in London, meant that John Noble's teeth were in very bad shape. He therefore had no hesitation in travelling to Izmir in Turkey for dental treatment with Medlife Group.
John's initial expectation of Medlife was that they explain the treatment process to him very clearly. In order to do this, they needed him to provide a full medical history and pictures of his teeth. Once the Medlife team had this information, they were able to give him a personalised treatment plan prepared by their dentist and could explain all the steps and answer his questions. John's treatment plan was made up of two steps; the team shared details of their contracted hotel's facilities and transfer information with him and provided a the total price for treatment.
First day
The Medlife team were waiting to welcome John at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. He was very excited to be in Turkey. The team took him straight to the hotel and he checked into his room. As it was a free day for him, he explored the city, visiting the most popular tourist sights and sampling the local food.
Second day
The Medlife team met John in his hotel lobby. The transfer car was waiting outside and they took him to the clinic where he met his dentist. The dentist answered all John's questions, performed a final check up and reviewed John's X-rays. The dentist then placed the implants in a pain-free operation taking two hours. Following the procedure, John returned to his hotel to rest.
Third day
On the afternoon of the third day, the Medlife team went to John's hotel to meet him and take him to his appointment with his dentist. At the check up, the dentist provided John with his medication and pain killers. Following this, he had a small city tour. It was his last night in Turkey.
Last day
John had an early flight and his transfer was waiting in the lobby to take him to the airport. Not only was he delighted with the quality of the treatment and warm welcome that he received with Medlife, but the cost for the extensive work was considerably less than he would have paid in the UK, or even in Eastern Europe.
The Medlife team are now looking forward to welcoming him back to Turkey for the second and final stage of his treatment.
