This has been a fantastic experience and personal journey from start to finish for me
The best decision I made. I come across Catch Life Aestheticon , I contacted them and within 15mins they had responded to me via WhatsApp, that impressed me. We spoke about a full tummy tuck I wanted doing and Hakan (the coordinator) explained the procedure, sent before and after photos and told me the price he sent me a breakdown plan of everything included within the price (which is everything from hotel and hospital transfers, all-inclusive hotel stay for 7 days, 2-day hospital stay, care, meds and food, the surgery, strong medication, ointment to prevent infection and dressings upon discharge and the compression garment too, everything except the flights). I agreed on the price and once my flight was booked, Hakan made the booking and all the arrangements. I was very nervous about it all and it ending up being a botched job or even worse, it is a scam but honestly, all these worries were gone when I landed in Antalya.
I was wished a safe flight before leaving the UK, which I found to be reassuring and kind, I walked out the airport doors and was instantly greeted by Hakan and 2 other members of staff holding a paper with my name on, who were very welcoming, friendly and professional towards me. They took my luggage and I was driven to Porto Bella hotel, booked in and also told to be nil by mouth from midnight. The hotel is of a high standard, cleaners everywhere, very clean and fresh, friendly and always smiling, all the food was fresh, hot and delicious and its perfectly located next to the beach with impressive views of the mountains too. The next morning I was picked up at 7 am and taken to the hospital where I filled out some forms, then I was taken to a private room with en-suite and an easy to use safe, I was given a hospital gown to dress into and my blood was taken, whilst waiting on the bloods (1-1/2 hours) I met the surgeon who marked my body up, I was then taken for the procedure. 1-2 hrs later I returned to my room where I slept and recovered, the whole time being checked on by Hakan and staff to make sure I was doing well. Once I was able to eat (4hours later) Cihan personally went to a restaurant and bought me homemade chicken soup, even though there was hospital food. Hakan and co-workers really went above and beyond to provide the little things like fresh bottled water, bottles of juices like orange, apple or mixed fruits and fresh fruit which was bananas and oranges and more surprisingly although the hospital provided good healthy meals I was always offered freshly made foods of any kind I asked for by Hakan. I just couldn't believe the pure care and service I was getting. I remained in the hospital for the rest of that evening plus the whole next day as the drains require 48hours to release the excess fluids. The surgeon came and removed these and gave me the all-clear to leave with instructions on how to care for myself and wound.
I was driven to the hotel where I stayed for 3-4 days, I was able to move around gently, go down for food and drinks as well as being able to walk to shops and stuff, I was amazed at the mobility I had, especially after seeing and hearing painful horror stories honestly nothing like what you watch online, not at all, the only pain I endured was my lower back muscles as you need to lean over for 10days to prevent tearing of the stitches, scar and core muscles, but this pain was only due to my lack of fitness and only last 2 maybe 3 days just until my muscles come out of their coma and adjusted to being used again if you work on your back before going it should be a breeze for you.
The day before I was leaving, I was picked up and taken to the surgeons office, where I didn't wait long 5 mins max, I was checked over to make sure my wound was healing correctly and I was then told all the things I can and cannot do once I'm home (be sure to write it down as I forgot a lot, but Hakan is there day or night should you need to contact him). That day I felt really strong and I wanted to go clothes shopping so I was dropped off at the clock town instead of the hotel and I was told to contact Hakan and he would take me back to the hotel which I thought was very kind, I declined but the offer was there, he did contact me later to make sure I returned to the hotel safely.
The next day I was given late checkout and later I was driven to the airport where we said our goodbyes and parted. I was messaged by Hakan to see I arrived home safely and he still contacts me to see how I am doing now a week after arriving home.
This has been a fantastic experience and personal journey from start to finish for me and I am grateful for the care and passion they effortlessly gave, as this process is a major thing for anyone to commit to as well as go through, your life and desires are essentially in their hands and they really do get and understand that importance.
I am more than over the moon with how I was treated, all the little things that were also added for free has really left a lasting impression with me about their quality of patient care, and my whole recovery.
This company is clearly based on the care of the patient, the same type of care they would provide their own family with and this is something that stands out from the rest of the companies right from the beginning, it's not about the money but the passion in helping people all over the world achieve the looks they have longed for, you. Can't ask for much more in a company.
My family have been dumbfounded with my recovery, this has convinced my sister to book with them for her procedure, I wholeheartedly know she is in very safe hands with CLA.
I have gone into as much detail as possible with my review because I believe it is really important to get their care and professionalism across, I wanted to be open, frank, honest and leave no stone unturned so you really know what you're getting into if you chose to book with catch life aesthetic.
