From the first contact with Merle, to answering any questions I had swiftly and professionally, yet still understandable for a non-medical person. Until arrival in Tallinn, the pickup from the hotel and the service in the hospital were excellent. The surgeon and most nursing staff speak perfect English, are very polite, and the facility is top-notch. Tallinn Hospital is modern and easy to navigate.
