After my research, spending hours trawling the Internet trying to find the options I had for the weight loss surgery I wanted, I came across Professor Fried and MediCzech. After much thought and many emails and questions to Tina at MediCzech, who I must add was fantastic and very patient, answering all my questions with no pressure to book at all. I booked my Gastric Plication. When I arrived at the clinic, I was pleasantly surprised at the clean, large room and how comfortable it was. The following morning, I had a meeting with Professor Fried. He was very informative, answering any questions I had in detail and in perfect English. The rest of his staff were also very helpful and professional. My operation went ahead with no complications. I must say I felt no pain and was kept very comfortable. The nurses attended my every need regularly and were on instant call. The hospital was absolutely spotless and very modern. I really couldn’t have asked for more. I spent two nights in the care of the nurses before returning to my room for the rest of the week. Tina checked on me daily, making sure I had everything I needed and was recovering well. I would like to say a massive thank you to Professor Fried, Tina, and the rest of the team at MediCzech. I really couldn’t have been in better hands or asked for a better experience of my surgery abroad.
