Review of IVF Zlin by Ioana. Treatment date: over 12 months
We had been struggling for 5 years to have a baby. My wife had some complications with her thyroid gland that prevented her eggs from maturing. Normal IVF didn’t work. She tried it once, and then some fair doctors from Romania (our homeland) advised us ‘not to waste money anymore’. Instead, they recommended The Clinic of Reproductive Medicine and Gynaecology Zlin. We will finally and incredibly become parents in a month. I would like to mention that my wife was very scared at first, but the environment and the staff there (especially Mrs. Petra) helped us relax and enjoy our time as if we were on vacation. The hotel is right next to the clinic with a passage in between. Among the other 5-star services, we appreciated the confidentiality. We don’t know the donor, and vice versa. I rated ‘patient communication’ 4 stars because of the Romanian lady who acted as a translator. She was unprofessional, going off-topic in the instructions passing between us and Petra during the treatment before coming to Zlin. Fortunately, we speak English, so we excluded her from the conversation, speaking directly with Petra (the coordinator) upon our arrival there. Thanks to everyone there. What you are doing is pure science.
