I had surgery on 26th September. On the 25th, I spent most of the day undergoing tests that met all requirements. Every person I encountered was warm and professional. The clinic was exceptionally clean with ample space. On the surgery day, I met my surgeon, Alexander Vatlak, who was reassuring. The theatre team noted my calmness, attributed to feeling secure with Alexander Vatlak. My only issue was the food, as I’m a fussy eater and not fond of what was offered; however, this is a personal preference unrelated to the clinic. Despite that, I rate my experience 5 stars, focusing on the excellent service. I am delighted with the outcome. Thanks to all involved.
