This was our 2nd trip with Eromedical Tours, and I must say nearly everything was spot on. We arrived around 1700 hrs and were greeted by the doctors and consultants who then explained the plan for my 3 operations. Following a thorough medical check, I was deemed fit for surgery. The operation started at 0800 hrs and lasted over 7 hours. After spending the night in ICU, I returned to my room where my husband awaited. Due to a drop in my blood count, I required a blood transfusion. The staff were extremely kind and kept us informed throughout. We extended our stay by 3 nights at Apollo Hospital before moving to a lovely Beach Resort Hotel. All the staff, from cleaners to consultants, were exceptional. The only setback was the aggressive behaviour of the billing clerk, as our payment was misplaced briefly causing confusion about the surgeon’s fees, but it was resolved smoothly.
