Review of Right Choice Home & Away by JK. Treatment date: over 12 months
Following extensive research, I opted to utilize Right Choice Home & Away based on the reviews of the surgeon and their follow-up appointment process located in London. Communication with Zahid was excellent throughout, and I was fully reassured after a consultation with Prof. Keraaltin (my surgeon) via a Zoom call. My personal treatment plan detailed everything that I needed to know from the time I landed in Istanbul to the time I landed back in Gatwick. My point of contact, Murat, was brilliant throughout my 8-day stay in Istanbul and acted as an interpreter whenever it was required. The staff and the room were really nice at both the hospital and the hotel. The surgery went well, and initial results were excellent, although I knew the end result would not be fully seen for 9-12 months, as it is an extensive recovery process. I have attended 2 follow-up appointments with Prof. Keraaltin in London, and everything is well, and the recovery is going as expected. I would certainly recommend Right Choice Home & Away and Prof. Keraaltin to anybody seeking similar treatment. The only slight criticism I would make and the reason why I only scored 4 stars for communication is the fact that I was not given anything in writing detailing my treatment that could be provided to a doctor in the future or written in my personal NHS record. A huge thanks to Zahid, Murat, and Prof. Keraaltin for looking after me so well and making my experience as relaxed as it could have been.
