Travelled to Prague after completing the relevant medical questionnaire, only to discover I was unsuitable for surgery due to the medication I was taking. Five days wasted off work, flight, and hotel expenses. Praga Medica did not take any responsibility, although it was their duty to communicate any patient information. That’s what I paid for. I feel massively let down.
