I traveled to Turkey for quite extensive dental surgery. Unfortunately, after years of neglecting and avoiding the dentist, my teeth were in a very bad state, and I knew something had to be done. Ideally, I wanted a quick fix as I was fed up with my stained and broken teeth. Mealtimes were no fun, and toothaches were the norm. So one night, in desperation, I randomly emailed Tourmedical. The next day, they called, and after a friendly chat, I decided to take the next step and go for it. Thankfully, Tourmedical Cosmetic Dental Holidays got the ball rolling quickly, and before I could have second thoughts, I was on my way. The patient coordinator met me at the airport and was there every step of the way. On the first day, with some trepidation, we made our way to Dr. Elcin’s dental surgery to begin the life-changing process. The surgery was clean and modern, and after the first visit, I felt I was in capable hands and knew I had done the right thing. Over the next week, I underwent extractions and dental implants and felt virtually no pain. My upper teeth were a total mess, and after filing down my remaining teeth (again, no pain), Dr. Elcin took impressions for my new teeth, and a complete new upper jaw set of teeth was fitted. It was amazing to see a row of white teeth where before there had been jagged and stained ones—an eyesore. All I could say was I wish I had done this years ago instead of putting it off. Judging by the reactions of family and friends, it was worth it—not only for the look, but also because I no longer suffer painful toothaches. I’m enjoying my food and life again. Thank you.
