Firstly, I would like to say that I am a medical practitioner working for the NHS. Unfortunately, my husband and I were not entitled to any NHS help for IVF. In hindsight, this turned out to be a blessing. From my initial email to my return home, my experience with Zlin CRM, its staff, and the attached hotel, the Tomasov, was exceptional. We initially considered continuing treatment in the UK, but the high costs made it unaffordable. Exploring options led me to the Czech Republic, where costs were manageable, standards were high, and the techniques were comparable to those in the UK. The Zlin CRM website was informative, and Denisa provided prompt and comprehensive responses to all our queries. The clinic’s facilities were immaculate, the staff caring and knowledgeable, making our experience exceptional. The Tomasov, the attached hotel, was modern, clean, luxurious, with fantastic staff. Zlin CRM’s exceptional standards and support, including airport transfers, eased our worries about treatment abroad. I am now 6 weeks pregnant, grateful for the great experience.
