Review of New Look Holiday by Embergalaxy. Treatment date: over 12 months
I made the decision to undergo a facelift earlier this year and after thorough research, I chose New Look Holiday. I am just over 2 weeks post-op and cannot praise Dr. Turkin and the team enough. They were excellent from start to finish. They were very prompt in responding to my queries before my departure from the UK and displayed utmost professionalism and care from the moment I arrived in Slovakia. It can be quite daunting to undergo surgery in a foreign country alone, but my worries were unnecessary. I was greeted at the airport by Peter, who is fluent in English. He escorted me to the clean and comfortable apartments, equipped with everything necessary for my stay. There is a food store just a minute’s walk away, ideal for stocking up on essentials. On the day of the surgery, I was picked up by Ivan, also fluent in English, and taken to the hospital to meet the wonderful Dr. Turkin. While Dr. Turkin doesn’t speak much English, Peter or Ivan were always available to translate. Dr. Turkin is fantastic, meticulous in his work, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The postoperative care was exceptional as well. I stayed for a week and had two follow-up appointments before returning to the UK. I am thrilled with my decision and wholeheartedly recommend New Look Holiday!
