He took the time to explain the full itinerary for my New Look holiday and medical procedure. The hospital was clean, well-organised, and all staff, even those with limited English, were welcoming. Dr. Kacmarcitova was brilliant, warm, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The procedure was pain-free, with excellent aftercare advice for a perfect recovery. The cost was significantly less than UK quotes, including flights and accommodation, which were beautiful and modern.
