Review of Royal Artemis Medical Centre by davyayr. Treatment date: over 12 months
On the 10th of July 2016, 12 hours prior to our flight back home, my 14-year-old daughter woke us up with a face that appeared as though she had been in a 10-round fight with Frank Bruno. The tour representative recommended The Royal Artemis Medical Centre. Upon our arrival, she was promptly escorted to a room with her mother while I provided the reception with the necessary details. Five minutes later, I joined them in the room, and she was already receiving an antibiotic drip. To say I was anxious would be an understatement. After 5 days, we were given clearance to return home. My wife stayed with her in the room throughout the entire stay, while I was accommodated in a room on the top floor of the hospital. The food was exceptional and abundant. Although I do not usually leave reviews, this time I feel compelled to do so. The staff were exceptional, always willing to help, and they took the time to explain everything in a manner that we could comprehend. A special shoutout to our nurse, Angie – you’re a star. If this establishment were a hotel, it would effortlessly earn a 5-star rating. Thank you all for making a frightening situation manageable. While I am unsure if this is allowed, I feel it’s important to mention that our holiday insurance was provided by Global Response, another 5-star experience.
