The service I received from Prague Medica was excellent. The responses to my emails were prompt and detailed. After around a week of emails, I felt confident enough to go ahead with the surgery. The morning of my surgery, I was met by a pleasant young lady who came to my hotel to take me to the clinic. She took care of me for the day while I got my preoperative tests done. When the time came to say goodbye and hand me over to the nurses in the clinic, she gave me a lovely gift, which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. I couldn’t fault Prague Medica for the service I received from them.
