Review of Right Choice Home & Away by Sophie. Treatment date: over 12 months
I chose Right Choice Home and Away as my Mum had used the same company for her gastric sleeve surgery, which was a success. She could not fault the experience. I can’t fault the care I received before and throughout my treatment. My surgery has been a success, and I’m very pleased with my decision to use Right Choice. Unfortunately, at times, communication was not great and fragmented due to translation issues at the hospital, which did cause me some stress. However, Zahid was always on hand to help and sort out any issues. The hospital was beautiful, as was my hotel booked as part of my treatment package. A particular thank you to Zahid, who regularly checks in. I can tell that he is genuinely concerned about your well-being and progress, so thank you. Dr. Ustan was also brilliant and explained everything to me if I had any questions or worries. He visited me numerous times after my operation to check in and see how I was recovering. There are a lot of options out there, and it can be difficult to choose the right provider. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Right Choice in the future.
