I was born with a slightly lower upper lid on one of my eyes, which affected my confidence. I had been to this clinic last year for another surgery, and I was very confident to return. Shreya, the patient coordinator, immediately knew who I was and still had my phone number on WhatsApp from the previous visit. Everything was perfect as per my expectations. Quick email responses, taxi transfers free from the airport to my hotel, all consultations, and return to the airport at the end! My surgery was done very professionally in one of the cleanest hospitals I have ever seen. My surgeon was quick to perform her job and reassure me throughout as I was awake under local anaesthetic. Brilliant service.
