Internet site could be better. Initial communication excellent. Fell down when UK standard was not as expected by clinic – UK had it wrong on day of surgery – as a result, I had to rebook flights. However, everything on the clinical side was very thorough and efficient. The nursing care overnight post-op was outstanding. Adam’s professionalism and experience show at the consultation meeting, which put all doubts out of my mind. I will now have to wait two weeks to see the results!
