I am extremely happy with the surgery I had at IM Clinic with Dr. Ivan Mañero. The clinic’s responses were prompt. Living in the UK, I emailed my pictures to the surgeon for a review, and I received a prompt video telephone call. I spoke with Dr. Rosell, the surgeon, who comprehensively answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Before my surgery, I met with Dr. Rosell, and we discussed the procedure in full detail. Dr. Rosell is a great listener. The surgery results are excellent, meeting all my expectations and more, which makes me very happy. The aftercare was superb, just like the pre-op care, organized by the lovely Aida. Aida is fluent in English and always a phone call away. She coordinated everything during my stay, including the hotel, taxi, and PCR test. The clinic gives a 5-star hotel vibe, and the staff are welcoming and helpful.
