I had cataract surgery at a Longevita clinic in Turkey. The fact that they assign a personal assistant to every patient helps maintain peace of mind during the whole process and later on. I was informed regularly on what would happen next, and everything was taken care of for me by the assistant. After a few years of my treatment, I needed to document my surgery and was surprised that they had kept my medical records for such a long time and were able to issue documentation in international standards for my optician.
