The clinic was very clean and well presented. However, I have been to a clinic in Belgium that was very modern and luxurious. Adam was great – very honest, kind, and clear about everything he was doing. The staff were excellent; they looked after me very well, kind, and friendly. The travel was okay, and the apartment was good. I was treated very well by all. I need to wait to see the outcome as I am still very swollen. The only thing was the lack of communication. I was very nervous about coming alone and wish I had an information pack about the clinic and rhinoplasty.
