No post-op check-ups

This place felt like a good choice when i went to the consultation, but after the surgery, something happened, and they seemed to lost all interest of keeping contact.
Their aftercare instruction and their offer to you talks about control visits after the surgery, and how the client coordinator will keep in touch with you, but the reality is, none of that existed.
The first control check, according to other women, who have been clients of this clinic too, should have been within a month after surgery, and the second check up a month or two later.
The clinic never contacted me after the surgery, and after two months they sent me an e-mail saying, that if I think everything is alright, i do not need to come. In other words, the patient has to be the expert, weather everything is fine or not. When i complained about this, the client coordinator responded me saying how “many women prefers not to come to the aftercare appointment”, which i find hard to believe. Also, she never answered why was i not given a check-up time. I payed a lot of money to this clinic to take care of me, which they kind of failed to do. The surgery itself seemed to go well, it is done in a different premises that where clinic is located at.

Now, 5 months post-op, the clinic contacted me, because another client coordinator saw my not-so-good review online. According to her, what happened was not normal, she apologized and told me that further investigation will take place in this matter.

I have a little bit mixed feelings about this clinic at the moment. Things could have gone better, hopefully something like this will not happen to others patients.
