I am very disappointed. This is the second time I was donating, and it makes me not want to go back. My last donation has been cancelled due to family issues, and I was told I’d have my travel costs refunded. As 30 eggs have developed but not been collected, I am worried about various issues that the clinic ignored. Despite calling them 5 times, I haven’t received any email responses.
