I felt at ease as soon as I made my appointment on the phone with David. Emails were sent with all the information I needed so I didn’t need to worry about anything. In Poland, I was picked up by Anna, who was very nice and welcoming. The clinic is very professional, and Adam was great. All the staff at the clinic were very nice and always there for me. I stayed in the apartment, which was cosy and warm, had everything I needed, and a supermarket right across the road. Karolina was lovely and very friendly; if I were to go back, I would stay there again.
