I first got in contact with Tina in 2016! I was unsure about going abroad for surgery. I contacted her again in 2017, and Tina reassured me that everything would be fine. I paid my deposit, and they took care of booking my flight and accommodation. Upon arrival, everything was great! A taxi took me from the airport to the hotel where I was expected, then another taxi took me to the hospital. I was greeted nicely and professionally; all the necessary medical checks were done beforehand. I had a consultation with Dr. Skala, the surgeon, who was excellent and made me feel at ease. The hospital was very clean, and the food was amazing. During the operation, the staff were kind and calming. After the procedure, I was continuously checked on by the staff and nurses. Dr. Skala visited daily to ensure my recovery was going well. When he revealed the results, I was extremely happy and impressed with his work. The company arranged my transport back to the hotel and to the airport, providing necessary documentation for my safe flight. They have been keeping in touch even after 2 months to check on my progress, which is fantastic. I am grateful and would consider returning for another procedure in the future, trusting no one else but Mediczech.
