Firstly, Janina, my coordinator, was always quick to respond and assist me throughout the entire process, which was pleasant. On first impression of the clinic, it was decent but not as depicted on the website. My overall feedback about the clinic relates to the limited changing area before and after my procedure; it was merely a small corridor/walk-through space. Having a room for preparation and relaxation before and after the procedure, even for just 10 minutes, would have been beneficial
