The NHS waiting list was 6 months. I was in a lot of pain, so I looked at paying privately here or traveling abroad. I chose Operations Abroad as the service I received from my first enquiry was superb. Gill looked after me so well and really made me feel at ease about everything. The full package, including flights, treatment, etc., cost £6000 compared to over £11000 at my local private hospital. Plus, the package included 14 days of physiotherapy, whereas the UK price only included physio for a couple of days while in hospital. The package offered was great – door-to-door and included all the costs. There weren’t any hidden extras, and everything was arranged really easily. I really recommend, and I will certainly use again for any medical treatment needed.
