The decision to have plastic surgery, especially overseas, is significant and requires confidence in yourself and the company/surgeon you have chosen. I don’t regret my decision even for a minute. Over the past few years, I have lost a lot of weight and opted for these procedures to complete and enjoy my new body. I discovered the New Look Holiday company online during my research. The website was highly detailed and visually appealing, providing all necessary information, explanations, and prices. Upon contacting the company via email, Gabriela, one of the patient coordinators, promptly responded. She was kind and professional, addressing all my queries and discussing details before the surgery. The day before the surgery, Peter, the company representative, met me at the airport and took me to the apartment. On the surgery day, I met Ivan and Dr. Turkin at the hospital. Both Ivan and Dr. Turkin were kind and professional, thoroughly explaining the procedures, answering all my questions, and outlining the process I would undergo. Thanks to their support, I approached the surgery feeling completely calm and confident. I must commend the fantastic nurses and doctors who cared for me during the 3-day hospital stay post-surgery. Their excellent care made the recovery process much smoother. Despite language barriers, they treated me with kindness and made me feel special. The apartment provided a lovely and comfortable space for recovery. Although I couldn’t explore Kosice much, on the last day, I managed to walk to the center and was inspired by the city’s charm. Overall, I am incredibly grateful and pleased with the experience and results. You have made my dreams come true! Thank you. I eagerly anticipate the final results in a few months!
