Friendly and helpful staff kept in contact despite it being a public holiday in Turkey. They were understanding in needing to amend dates due to a family emergency. They kept me updated on details and organizational matters. The hospital was clean, spacious, with a hotel stay across the road after discharge. Hospital staff were friendly, had limited English, but we could communicate through Google Translate. The food is typical for hospital food – bland, soft, but edible for those with a weak constitution. The shower had a seat, very useful post-surgery. The bed was good to use, with no mechanical issues. The biggest criticism is the fluctuation of hot water in the shower, sometimes taking 5 minutes to heat up.
