I was content with the implants for four years until one of them fractured, and I struggled to find a dentist in the UK equipped with the required Brazilian tools. Returning to Slovakia, still within the 5-year guarantee, the implant was repaired. Assured by the dentist of normal functionality, on my UK return, the implant broke worse than before. Unable to find UK assistance, I faced a communication ordeal with Dental Holiday, needing multiple visits due to miscommunication and unexpected lab closures after purchasing flight tickets in advance. The subsequent unresponsiveness led to losing trust, resulting in canceling the appointment and flight. While initial service satisfaction existed, post-failure treatment was highly unsatisfactory.
