So far, I have lost 3 stones, which delights me after numerous failed diets over many years. I still need to shed another 3 or 4 stones, but I am optimistic that I will lose more weight while my gastric balloon is still in place. This will enable me to engage in more physical activities. Before having the balloon, I struggled to walk a few yards without getting out of breath, which was a nightmare and quite embarrassing. The clinic was fantastic, very modern, and everyone was exceptionally friendly. The aftercare provided has been commendable. I receive reminders to regularly update them with my food diaries, which can be tedious to complete but are evidently intended to assist me. My sister intends to utilize their services next month.
