Faultless Experience I Would Honestly Never Consider Going Anywhere Else For Surgery

Review of Revitalize In Turkey by Kiki. Treatment date: over 12 months

I have just returned from Izmir and couldn`t wait to share the brilliant experience I`ve had.
I really can`t rate Revitalize enough, their customer care, service and treatment is literally faultless in my opinion!
From the moment I arrived I was collected from the airport and in the lovely taxi bus I met 2 ladies who were returning customers which instantly put me at ease. They had both bought family members (sister & husband) to have further surgery with them, which speaks volumes for the excellence of the company.
On arrival at the villa we were all given a warm welcome and waited on hand and foot (which I found abit uncomfortable at first, but began to understand that it was essential and a god send after surgery!).
Tiona (the carer and most lovely lady ever) made sure we felt completely comfortable and knew our way round the villa and got us dinner, dessert and ice cream! She also served delicious breakfast and woke you up in time for being collected for appointments if necessary, did your laundry, changed dressings and assisted patients with washing their hair etc. She really was an angel and I couldn`t have felt more comfortable in her presence.
You are driven to and from each clinic/hospital visit by a kind gentleman named Gorjan (I Hope I`ve got his name correct) who takes your bags and often bought us snacks/ice creams/drinks as a treat – such a sweet gesture.
The surgeons clinic was absolutely spotless and Dr Cenk Tokat discussed my procedure, asked questions and advised me with detailed explanations of how my desired outcome could be achieved. I felt so confident that I was in good hands. The hospital was great and I was in a private room on a very quiet floor with no disruptions. I felt very nauseous after the anaesthetic and the lovely nurses rushed to my side every time I called them thinking I was going to be sick.
Nana (the carer) stayed with me at the hospital and checked on me regularly bringing me food/drink and just generally putting me at ease.
Whilst recovering at the villa it was lovely to receive visits by Touran & Haroun (the bosses who you first meet at the consultation) to check up on how we were doing. It really was like a home from home with a warm family atmosphere.
The aftercare you received really is second to none and the ability to relax and recover with round the clock care and assistance for a week is amazing and something you would never receive in the UK. You are served 3 absolutely delicious home cooked meals a day, smoothies, fruit, yoghurts and drinks on tap. There is a tv, DVD`s, Netflix type thing and WiFi to keep you entertained. I just can`t recommend Revitalize enough, the experience I had went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected which is why so many patients keep coming back and bring others with them, because they know they won`t be disappointed!
Besides that I am so so happy with the outcome of my surgery so far and will back to review it fully once I am healed, and I can see the final result. But I just had to give my thoughts on the company and service on offer as it really was second to none! I was very nervous about going abroad for surgery but from now on I would only recommend going to Revitalize in Turkey and would opt to have any future surgery there rather than in the UK.
