I was searching online for clinics abroad to have Otoplasty after being put off by surgery in the UK (they were all expensive and too much hassle for such a simple procedure). I found ClinicForYou and shortly after I had inquired, I was speaking with Anna. She was helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions. I was booked in quickly with no problems and booked my flights to Poland. I paid a little bit extra for the assistance package, which was so worth it! My apartment was booked for me, and I was picked up from the airport by Eveline, the most wonderful lady ever! Nothing was too much hassle for her. She sorted out changing my currency, translated everything, dropped me to and from my surgery – I really would have been lost without her. I went with my dad, and we had a lovely city break at the same time, walking around beautiful Wroclaw. At the surgery, Piotr put me completely at ease; everyone was so welcoming (way better than any customer service you would get in the UK). Everyone was so kind and caring. The clinic was completely professional and clean, and as it was a small surgery, I was in and out in a few hours and dropped back at the apartment to recover. I have been in contact with Anna ever since, giving her updates on my recovery which has been great – I’ve had no problems with the healing, and my ears are exactly how I have always wanted them. No doubt if I had stuck with a UK surgeon, I would have been on a waiting list for months and paying off a finance bill for years! I was really skeptical and honestly had no idea what to expect, but I’ve been so overwhelmed with how fantastic this experience was. If you’re unsure, I would wholeheartedly say go for it! I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
