What’s it really like? Firstly, the biggest difference was being in the wonderful historic city of Prague. I mention the city first because the service received before departure, on location, and clinical care from the team in Prague match the high UK standards. I conducted thorough research on UK companies before choosing Praga Medica, and the actual experience was very good. If clinical care matches the UK, other factors like cost become important. Treatment in Prague cost me around a third less than in the UK, including treatment, accommodation, and flights. Spending seven days in Prague felt like a holiday; I toured the city and even learnt some Czech. The type of surgery will determine your stay length, but I suggest allocating extra time for sightseeing. For Laser surgery, I recommend Praga Medica.
