Brought baby in with sickness and very watery poops. We were in Cyprus for our daughter’s wedding, and 7 of us went down with the virus, which lasted a maximum of 48 hours. However, with the little one, it seemed to persist. We stayed in the hotel room with the air con on for 3 days, managing to keep him hydrated. On the day of the wedding, he seemed better, and we enjoyed the day. But the following morning, he was worse. The wedding coordinator directed us to the hospital used by Thomas Cook and made all the arrangements. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find well-spoken English staff. Dr. Tommy took care of Oliver, started him on a drip, and visited him several times a day, even over the weekend. The nursing and kitchen staff played with Oliver daily, giving him hugs and playing games. Kate and Fiona went above and beyond to find the baby milk Oliver was used to in the UK, refusing payment and providing exceptional care. Annette made puréed food daily for him, to which we are extremely grateful. We are thankful for the outstanding treatment and care received; the accommodation felt like a hotel. We are 100% satisfied and extremely appreciative of everyone involved. Thank you!
