After two unsuccessful attempts, we had decided to try Zlin’s clinic, and from the first email, we knew we were in the right hands. Russian-speaking IVF coordinator, Angela, who is a very special and caring person, explained everything from A to Z about the treatment. We were looked after at every step and informed of every procedure. The hotel is in the same building as the clinic, which was convenient, and we felt very safe. All staff, including nurses and other coordinators, were extremely friendly. However, the best thing that happened to us there was that I finally got pregnant! We are truly thankful for everything the clinic’s staff had done for us. Doctor Stanislav Los Chovanec is a great specialist and an outstanding person. I want to thank Angela, who nursed us like babies, gave us advice, and answered all our silly questions. I am happy I got to know these people, and we are already planning to come there next year!
