From my arrival in Istanbul to my departure, the team took proper care of my partner and me. The patient care was excellent, the nursing team did a good job, and Dr Murat, the surgeon, explained every step from pre-op assessment to post-op. The treatment abroad team and Zahid were always available to answer questions, even at odd hours. The hotel was perfect. The surgery was successful, and the healing process went well. It was good value for money. The only minor disappointment was the language barrier. I would recommend this team anytime.
